REASSURING WARRANTY

Minimum 12-month warranty
Every Nissan Intelligent Choice used car comes with a manufacturer-approved warranty for a minimum of 12 months. You can also opt to upgrade to an additional 12 or 24 months, as long as your car is serviced in accordance with manufacturer requirements. Terms and conditions apply.

MOT (Ministry of Transport) Care
If your vehicle is more than two years old at the time of sale, MOT Care is also included, which covers the cost of repairing, replacing or adjusting specific defective parts in the unlikely event your approved used car doesn‘t pass its next MOT.

EV Battery Quality Guarantee
We know you want the reassurance of a functional battery when you purchase a used EV. That's why we promise to replace any part of the battery causing capacity loss below 9 bars (out of 12), within the battery warranty period. Terms and conditions apply.

AFFORDABLE FINANCE PACKAGES

30 DAY/1,000 MILE EXCHANGE PROMISE

In the unlikely event your Nissan Intelligent Choice used car develops a fault that cannot be resolved within the first thirty days or 1,000 miles (whichever occurs first) of your ownership, we will exchange it for another of our approved used cars of at least equal value.

1/6/21 - This morning wasn’t so successful for us, my wife and I, as unfortunately our Nissan X-Trail let us down in the Sainsbury’s car park.  Not sure of the cause I phoned T&C and spoke to Matt who thought it was possible a flat battery due to the limited use the vehicle has had during the lockdown.  He advised contact Nissan roadside support (the RAC) to get them to assist.  I did, but they said they had been overwhelmed with requests, so I was told to expect a delay of between 5 and 6 hours before anyone could get to us.
Needless to say this caused my wife some annoyance, as we had just loaded the car boot with, amongst other things, a load of frozen food.  So I called Matt back.  His response was excellent, he understood the problem and said he would take advice and try to resolve it.  This he did and shortly after, Paul arrived with a booster and with the minimum of fuss got the vehicle running again.  
Both persons who we dealt with this morning were outstanding in their attitude to helping us, and were excellent ambassadors for Town & Country Motors and your new owners Hawkins.  Please pass on our grateful thanks to both of them.
We are new to Nissan having purchased Renaults for the previous 27 years, but are delighted with the X-Trail as a great car to drive.  We are even more delighted to know that our local dealership is there when we need them in a moment of crisis.
